Frantoio Franci Set Of 3 Extra Virgin Olive Oils Net Wt. 24. Fl.oz
This delightful trio of extra virgin olive oils, each with distinct intensity and flavor profiles, offers the perfect opportunity to savor the varied tastes of Tuscany.
Olivastra Seggianese, a light fruit monovarietal oil, is crafted from ancient Olivastra Seggianese olive trees indigenous to the Amiata Mountain area in southern Tuscany.
Le Trebbiane combines 40% Frantoio, 10% Moraiolo, 40% Leccino, and 10% Olivastra varieties, resulting in a comprehensive flavor characterized by grassy aromas and notes of artichoke and tomato, yet not overly peppery. These olives are meticulously handpicked from the eastward olive grove named Le Trebbiane.
Villa Magra, Frantoio Franci’s signature oil, takes its name from the family’s first-ever produced oil. This name hails from an age-old olive grove, which was revived after the severe winter of 1985. Replanted in 1987, it is situated on the northern and northeastern slopes of Montenero d’Orcia. Villa Magra is noted for its vegetal flavors of thistle and lettuce, coupled with the aromatic essence of mint, rosemary, and black pepper.
